Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings: A Strategic Guide for Drafting
Explore tiered quarterback rankings for the 2025 Fantasy Football season, highlighting the best strategies for drafting.
One of my go-to resources during the Fantasy Football draft is a tiered ranking system. It’s more effective to draft based on tiers than just a static list, as it helps you identify positional runs in the draft and avoid reaching for players or missing out. This article highlights my quarterback tiers for the 2025 Fantasy season, indicating which round to target each tier of players. The recommendations are based on formats where you will start one quarterback each week, though I will also include a tier of quarterbacks suited for Superflex and two-QB formats.
Understanding Tiers
The concept of tiers, as coined by Scott White, illustrates where significant drop-offs occur at a position, enabling you to decide the best round to draft that position. Players with similar impacts are grouped together, letting you see the available options at a glance during the draft. Armed with tiered rankings for each position, you can strategically target the positions that are closest to running out of options during your turn to pick.
