Mark Andrews Reflects on Past Drop as He Faces Bills Again

As the Ravens kick off the 2025 season in Buffalo, tight end Mark Andrews discusses moving forward after a pivotal game-ending drop from last year.

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews returns to Highmark Stadium on Sunday night where the previous season ended in disappointment due to a critical drop that led to a loss against the Buffalo Bills.

Andrews, a three-time Pro Bowler, expressed his eagerness for redemption, focusing on improving rather than dwelling on past mistakes. “Of course I’ve watched the playoff loss,” he stated. “But I’ve turned the page towards the new season.”

Andrews acknowledged the support he received after last season’s mishap, emphasizing gratitude for those who continued to believe in him. “I’m grateful for the people around me, that believe in me… There have been several times where I’ve stepped up and made big plays, and I’m excited for more this year.”

This offseason, Andrews has worked on enhancing his all-around game, feeling positive about the team’s growth and readiness for challenges in their upcoming opener against the Bills. “We worked really hard, and this will be a great test, so that’s exciting,” Andrews mentioned, looking forward to starting the season strong.
