Four Individuals Arrested for Shooting Incident Involving Florida State's Ethan Pritchard
Four suspects have been apprehended following the shooting of Florida State linebacker Ethan Pritchard, with charges of attempted murder now filed.
Florida law enforcement has arrested four suspects linked to the August 31 shooting of Florida State linebacker Ethan Pritchard, according to state Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Mark Glass said Wednesday, as reported by the Associated Press. Pritchard remains in critical but stable condition following the incident.
While dropping off family members at an apartment in Havana, Florida, Pritchard was shot in the back of the head. Sheriff Morris Young indicated that this case appears to be one of mistaken identity.
The arrested individuals, Jayden Bodison, Caron Miller, Germany Atkins, and an unnamed minor, now face multiple charges, including three counts of attempted murder, related to the shooting.
Pritchard was commemorated by his teammates who honored him by bringing his jersey to midfield for a coin toss at their recent game, demonstrating the support and respect he has garnered among his peers.
