Live Coverage and Insights on UEFA Women's Champions League Draw

The UEFA Women's Champions League draw heralds a transformative league phase for the 2025-26 season, replacing the traditional group stage with an 18-team model. Here’s crucial viewing information and details about the participating teams.

The 2025-26 UEFA Women’s Champions League is ushering in a new era of high-level tournament football. This season bids farewell to its traditional group system and introduces an 18-team league phase inspired by the men’s “Swiss model,” where clubs face six opponents, with half of the games played at home and half away. The league phase draw will occur on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland at 6 a.m. ET on CBS Sports Golazo Network.

Viewing Information

How the Draw Works

The draw will assign team pairings in the league phase. Eighteen teams are divided into three pots, based on their coefficient rankings established at the season’s start. Reigning champions Arsenal hold the top seed in pot 1. The draw will be conducted manually, with teams paired against others through physical balls drawn.

Clubs from the same association cannot be matched against one another.

Teams in the Draw

The following nine teams have secured spots in the league phase:

  • Arsenal (England, titleholders)
  • Lyon (France)
  • Paris Saint-Germain (France)
  • Bayern Munich (Germany)
  • Wolfsburg (Germany)
  • Barcelona (Spain)
  • Chelsea (England)
  • Benfica (Portugal)
  • Juventus (Italy)

Nine more teams will enter the league phase as qualifiers.
