Barcelona, seen as favorites for the tournament, will be visiting Chelsea and hosting Bayern Munich. Manchester United, after progressing through four rounds of qualifying to secure a position in Pot Three, will host two French teams with home fixtures against Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain.
This season marks the debut of the league phase structure, previously introduced to the men’s competition in 2024-25, in the Women’s Champions League. However, it is confined to 18 teams, with the top four advancing directly to the quarterfinals. Those finishing between fifth and twelfth will enter a two-legged knockout playoff. The final is scheduled for Oslo, Norway’s, Ullevaal Stadion, between May 22 and 24. The first set of fixtures will occur on October 7-8, with the complete schedule expected to be confirmed by UEFA on Saturday.
