Georgia Defensive Lineman Jordan Hall Out for the Season Following Knee Injury
Jordan Hall, a key player for the Georgia Bulldogs, will miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury sustained during a game against Florida.
The No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs will be without their defensive lineman Jordan Hall for the remainder of the season due to a knee injury. Hall was injured during the first quarter of a 24-20 victory over the Florida Gators.
Hall has been pivotal this season, starting all eight games prior to the injury and racking up 12 tackles and two tackles for loss. A five-star recruit from Jacksonville, he has made a significant impact in his 24 collegiate appearances, totaling 26 tackles.
Georgia’s defense currently allows an average of 309.4 total yards per game, placing them No. 21 in the FBS. In the recent game without Hall, the defense effectively limited the Gators to just 281 total yards and held them to 2 of 11 on third downs.
Coming up, the Bulldogs face Mississippi State in Starkville. Georgia is aiming to extend its impressive streak of 46 consecutive wins against unranked teams, the longest in the FBS. With a win in this game, they would tie for the second-longest win streak against unranked teams over the last three decades.
