As the NFL season approaches Week 10, Justin Tucker is set to return following his suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy. Once deemed the most reliable kicker in history, Tucker is coming back from a ten-game suspension after being accused of sexual misconduct by local massage therapists.
The kicker who spent 11 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens has been a prominent figure in the league, having been selected to the Pro Bowl seven times and earning five All-Pro nods. Notably, he holds the record for the longest field goal at 66 yards, achieved in 2021, until Cam Little surpassed him in 2025.
Despite now being the fourth-most accurate kicker in NFL history with an 89.1% success rate, Tucker’s last season was rocky, with a mere 73.3% conversion rate. His misses mainly came from long distances.
Although he’s allowed to sign with teams before his eligibility to practice begins on November 11, several teams might be looking to add him:
1. Los Angeles Rams
The Rams urgently require a reliable kicker. Current kicker, Joshua Karty, ranks last in the league with a field goal percentage of 66.7% and has missed several critical kicks.
2. Atlanta Falcons
After cycling through kickers this season, the Falcons might turn to Tucker as their recent replacements have proved unreliable.
3. Green Bay Packers
Brandon McManus, the Packers’ current kicker, has struggled this season, converting only 68.8% of his attempts. With their playoff aspirations on the line, the Packers might consider bringing Tucker on board.
Going into Week 11, these teams stand a good chance of reaching out to Tucker about a potential signing.
