The 2025-26 Serie A season is actively ongoing in Italy. Napoli kicked off the campaign as defending champions, having clinched their fourth Scudetto on the final matchday last season. Inter, Juventus, and AC Milan are all in contention to challenge for the title, while teams like AS Roma, Atalanta, Lazio, Fiorentina, Bologna, and Como seek European tournament qualifications.
This weekend’s Serie A matches promise exciting rivalries, with Lazio set to face Inter on Sunday.
Pulisic Returns to the Squad
AC Milan’s head coach Massimiliano Allegri confirmed that USMNT player Christian Pulisic will return to the lineup for their away game against Parma on Saturday. Following his injury during a match against Australia on October 14, Pulisic missed four matches with AC Milan, influencing USMNT manager Mauricio Pochettino’s decision not to include him in the squad for the upcoming international friendly against Paraguay on November 15.
Ahead of the Parma encounter, Allegri stated, “He’s done two training sessions with the team, he’s physically fine and already in good shape… I don’t know how many minutes he will play.” Pulisic started the season strongly, scoring six goals and assisting twice in the first eight matches.
