I have 17 tight ends projected for at least nine PPR Fantasy points this week, which is quite impressive. Five must-start options include Trey McBride, Travis Kelce, Brock Bowers, George Kittle, and Tyler Warren. All five are ranked in the top five of our consensus tight end rankings.

Juwan Johnson is currently positioned at TE6 while Brenton Strange is at TE7 in my projections. This is an interesting matchup as Johnson averages 10.79 PPR Fantasy points per game but spikes to 13 when playing with Tyler Shough, who has been beneficial for his production.

The Saints have an implied total of 18.5, hence projecting touchdowns becomes challenging. The Dolphins have given up substantial Fantasy points to tight ends, which could work in Johnson’s favor.

Conversely, Strange showed promise upon his return from injury with a noteworthy performance against defenses yielding limited Fantasy points. He had five catches for 93 yards in his last game. Depending on the matchup against the Titans, he could slide back into optimal playing time.
