Seth Curry Returns to Warriors, Reuniting with Brother Stephen

Seth Curry has re-signed with the Golden State Warriors, joining his brother Stephen Curry on the team once more.

The Golden State Warriors are set to sign Seth Curry to a one-year deal for the rest of the season, according to ESPN. This move reunites him with his brother, Stephen Curry, after Seth was waived prior to the season.

Golden State released Seth due to financial concerns but always planned to bring him back early in the season; that plan is now a reality, allowing the Curry brothers to play together once more.

Having spent the last two seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, Seth Curry demonstrated his shooting prowess with a 43.8% success rate from beyond the arc. He has previously played for multiple teams, including the Dallas Mavericks, Brooklyn Nets, and the Philadelphia 76ers.

Now with the Warriors currently at an 11-10 record, they might benefit from Seth’s shooting ability to boost their performance, particularly in three-point efficiency, as they continue to search for consistency on the court.

Seth’s return adds to a notable trend in the NBA where siblings play on the same team, joining the likes of the Antetokounmpo brothers and the Lopez twins.
