When and Where is the Draw?
The draw will take place at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. on Friday, December 5 at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT.

The draw takes place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET, with FOX providing live coverage and analysis until 3:00 PM ET.
Which Teams Are Involved in the Draw?
At present, 42 of the 48 teams are confirmed for the World Cup. The remaining six spots will be filled in March. The draw on December 5 will determine the twelve groups of four teams for the tournament. Complicated rules govern this draw, with insights from USMNT icon Alexi Lalas.
When is the World Cup?
The tournament is scheduled from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across three host nations, culminating in the final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
