In Week 14, several players jumped on the Fantasy Football radar. This could be the start of something special for some of these players, and you’ll want to get ahead of your Week 15 Fantasy Football waiver wire by putting these players on your radar. For more on every player discussed below, make sure to check out Jamey Eisenberg’s in-depth waiver wire column on Monday afternoon.
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Browns
Sanders has found his way onto the NFL radar and more importantly the Fantasy radar with an explosive Week 14 performance against the Titans. Only Josh Allen scored more Fantasy points than Sanders in Week 14. The rookie Browns quarterback nearly racked up 40 Fantasy points (38) with 364 yards passing and three touchdowns. He added a fourth touchdown on the ground where he also added 29 yards. If Sanders continues to find success in the screen game, on vertical passes and scrambles in the red zone, he could become a pivotal player in the Fantasy playoffs.
Tony Pollard, RB, Titans
The Titans may have discovered a dominant force in Pollard by leaning on him in the run game. Against a daunting Browns run defense, Pollard rushed for 161 yards and two touchdowns while eliminating any timeshare with Tyjae Spears, taking 25 carries in total. Pollard is definitely worth picking up off the waiver wire for the stretch run.
Ryan Flournoy, WR, Cowboys
Flournoy had a stellar Fantasy performance earlier this year when CeeDee Lamb was sidelined, and he delivered once again in Week 14 after Lamb suffered a concussion. Flournoy recorded 113 receiving yards on nine receptions and one touchdown, with an impressive 13 targets despite not starting the game. He may continue to be a valuable asset if Lamb is unavailable for future games.
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Browns
If Fannin is still available in your league, it’s time to pick him up. Fannin is becoming a favored target for Sanders and is starting to heat up. He achieved 114 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets in Week 14, making him a reliable weekly starting option at tight end.
Tim Patrick, WR, Jaguars
As Trevor Lawrence continues to improve in the passing game, it boosts the potential for Jaguars receivers. Patrick stood out in Week 14, recording 78 yards on five catches and a touchdown. With the current injury issues among Jaguars receivers, he could be a worthwhile speculative addition in deep leagues.
