The Chicago Bears will need to regroup as they face the Cleveland Browns in Week 15 without one of their key offensive players, wide receiver Rome Odunze, who has re-aggravated a foot injury and will not play.
Odunze participated in practice but was marked as questionable ahead of the game. Despite some assertions he would play, Odunze was officially activated but suffered a setback during warm-ups.
The former first-round pick currently leads the Bears with 661 yards and six touchdowns from 44 receptions in 12 games this season, having doubled his touchdown tally from his rookie year.
Without Odunze, rookie Luther Burden III may step into a more prominent role. The second-round pick has seen a career-high number of targets and gained 67 receiving yards last week against the Green Bay Packers as well.
