Rams Lead Super Bowl 2026 Odds Amidst NFL Playoff Tension

An analysis of the frontrunners in the Super Bowl 2026 race as the playoff picture becomes clearer following Week 15.

Week 15 in the NFL was significant. The Buffalo Bills gained ground in the AFC East after defeating the New England Patriots, while the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals were eliminated from contention. It was also a tough week for injuries, as Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Micah Parsons suffered torn ACLs.

The playoff picture is becoming clearer. The Los Angeles Rams seem to be the team to beat, as Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars appear to be finding their form at a crucial time, while Tampa Bay Buccaneers supporters let out a sigh of relief when their NFC South rivals, Carolina Panthers, fell to the New Orleans Saints.

Although much football remains, let’s review the latest Super Bowl LX odds provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.

NFC West: The division to beat?

The Rams should lead the power rankings entering Week 16, following their victory over the Lions, 41-34. Matthew Stafford and his teammates have recorded back-to-back games with over 500 yards total and 40 points, confirming their playoff berth. Stafford leads the league in touchdowns and passer rating this season. However, Davante Adams left the Lions game due to a hamstring injury.

The Seahawks, currently with the second-shortest Super Bowl odds, have had their fair share of inconsistencies. In their games against the Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings, they showed vulnerability, raising questions about their legitimacy as contenders.

The Buckin’ Broncos

The Broncos, following their win against the Packers, now sit at the top of the AFC with a 12-2 record, clinching a playoff spot. Bo Nix had a stellar performance, throwing for 302 yards and four touchdowns, solidifying their status.

What about the NFC North?

Despite the Bears recording double-digit wins for the first time since 2018, sportsbooks view them less favorably, with 12 NFL teams showing better odds for the Super Bowl. The Bears have a challenging schedule leading to the end of the season.

Meanwhile, the Lions remain in the mix at the No. 8 seed, aiming for a favorable finish.
