The Quiet Before the Quarterback Shakeup: February Dynasty Rankings

Heath Cummings analyzes the minor shifts in February's Dynasty quarterback rankings as NFL teams prepare for potential changes.

Dynasty rankings tend to see minor adjustments between January and February, largely driven by assorted news and preliminary 2026 Fantasy Football projections. This month, the quarterback situation remains remarkably stable, but changes loom on the horizon with several quarterbacks potentially facing uniform changes that could significantly influence their Dynasty rankings.

Notably, Kyler Murray and Tua Tagovailoa are under close scrutiny as both their teams have shifted coaching personnel and shown interest in moving on from their costly contracts. Their futures depend greatly on whether they secure starting roles in the upcoming season. Their ability to land in new environments will heavily depend on forthcoming decisions in March.

In the free agency list, Malik Willis piques my interest most, particularly regarding potential contracts from the Dolphins or Cardinals. If he secures a long-term deal, he could rapidly ascend in the Dynasty rankings.

Anticipate more turbulent changes to rankings next month, diverging from this month’s stagnant updates.
