Your favorite soccer player’s favorite player? It might just be Clarence Seedorf, a legendary midfielder renowned in the soccer world.
The prominent Netherlands playmaker, known for his exceptional career with Ajax, Real Madrid, and AC Milan, is set to join FOX Sports as an analyst for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Previously, he served as an analyst for FOX Sports during the 2018 World Cup hosted in Russia.
“I’m excited to be back with FOX,” Seedorf stated. “I look forward to sharing my perspective on the game — bringing football fans closer to what happens beyond the surface, combining tactical aspects and personal insights to connect with what they will see during this amazing tournament.”
Seedorf has won more than 20 club titles, playing over 1,000 matches throughout a remarkable 23-year career. Notably, he is the only player to have secured four UEFA Champions League titles with three different teams: Ajax (1995), Real Madrid (1998), and AC Milan (2003 and 2007).
He has dressed for the Netherlands national team 87 times, representing his country in several tournaments, including UEFA Euro 1996 and the FIFA 1998 World Cup, where he reached the semifinals.
Seedorf joins a roster of soccer legends at FOX Sports, including Mexico’s all-time leading scorer Javier Hernández, global icon Zlatan Ibrahimović, and France’s Thierry Henry, who will be part of the World Cup analysis team. Rebecca Lowe, an award-winning presenter, will also debut as a host for FOX during the tournament.
Throughout the World Cup from June 11 to July 19, 2026, FOX Sports will showcase every match live, featuring a comprehensive broadcast plan with streaming options available across their platforms.
