US Men's National Team to Face Costa Rica in Upcoming Friendly

The USMNT is set to compete against Costa Rica as part of their January international window, featuring new coach Mauricio Pochettino.

The U.S. men’s national team will compete against Costa Rica in a friendly match on January 22 at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida. This event is part of two games featuring players predominantly from Major League Soccer, as they follow a training camp under new head coach Mauricio Pochettino.

The friendly match was confirmed on Tuesday and will take place after a game against Venezuela on January 18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

These matches are occurring outside of FIFA international fixture dates, thus focusing on players from the domestic league.
