The Elimination Chamber is set to take place in Toronto on Saturday, with significant opportunities for two world title matches on the line. The winners from the men’s and women’s Elimination Chamber matches will advance to WrestleMania 41, vying for world championship titles.
After Jey Uso, the Royal Rumble victor, chose his match against world heavyweight champion Gunther, Cody Rhodes found himself without an opponent. Similarly, Charlotte Flair, having won the Rumble, challenged WWE women’s champion Tiffany Stratton, leaving Rhea Ripley anxious about her challenger heading into WrestleMania.
While Rhodes will attend the Elimination Chamber, he will not compete but rather respond to The Rock’s shocking proposal to become his “corporate champion.”
Only two matches are not part of the Chamber lineup for Saturday; longtime friends turned rivals Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are set to face off in an unsanctioned match. After Owens’ brutal attack on Zayn left him unable to compete, General Manager Adam Pearce granted Zayn’s request for a match only under unsanctioned stipulations.
Moreover, women’s champion Tiffany Stratton will team with legendary Trish Stratus to face Nia Jax and Candice LaRae, following a long-standing feud.
With so much at stake, here are predictions from CBS Sports’ experts on who will triumph at WWE Elimination Chamber.
