Arizona State’s running back Cam Skattebo opted out of the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, citing a hamstring injury. Instead, he aims to display his skills during his upcoming Pro Day.

While inactive in the sprint, he excelled in other jump-related tests, achieving a remarkable 10-foot-3 broad jump and a 39.5-inch vertical leap on Saturday.

Skattebo enters the NFL Draft as CBS Sports’ 153rd-ranked prospect, and 15th among running backs. Following a promising collegiate career at Arizona State, he garnered first-team All-Big 12 honors and an All-American recognition this season. In 2024, he rushed for 1,711 yards and scored 21 touchdowns, also making 45 catches for 605 yards and adding three more touchdowns. He was second in the FBS for rushing yards and finished fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting.

At the 2025 Peach Bowl, Skattebo showcased his potential by accumulating 271 total yards and two rushing touchdowns, earning him the Peach Bowl Offensive MVP title.
