Trinity Rodman's Future: A Move to Europe Seems Inevitable

Trinity Rodman, star player of the Washington Spirit, hints at a possible move to European soccer, stating it's only a question of timing.

Trinity Rodman, a star of the U.S. women’s national soccer team and the Washington Spirit, hinted at her aspiration to venture into European soccer. She reflected on her future, stating, “I’ve always thought about playing overseas at some point in my career. I think I would kick myself if I retired and hadn’t done that. So it’s just a matter of when I think. But yeah, just focused on this year and we’ll see what happens when the time is right.” Furthermore, Rodman is in the final year of her contract with the Spirit, valued at $1.1 million, which includes an option for the 2026 season. Clubs such as Chelsea and Arsenal have shown interest in acquiring her services, making for an exciting next chapter as she continues her journey.
