The Cincinnati Bengals have reportedly made significant strides towards finalizing lucrative contract extensions for both Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. According to NFL Media, these contracts could be completed within just a few days.

Joe Burrow, the Bengals’ quarterback, has emphasized the importance of retaining both of his top receivers, and it seems that the franchise is on track to satisfy this request.

Chase, who is coming off a spectacular season where he led the NFL in receptions, yards, and touchdowns, is expected to be offered one of the highest contracts for a non-quarterback, surpassing the current record held by Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett.

Meanwhile, Higgins, who was tagged for his franchise rights, also hopes for a long-term deal after a notable performance in the previous season.
