Knicks-Heat Game Postponed After Tracy Morgan Becomes Ill
Comedian Tracy Morgan, a well-known Knicks fan, caused a delay in the Knicks vs. Heat game after experiencing illness on the court.
The New York Knicks and Miami Heat were engaged in a competitive matchup for most of the night. The Heat were up by 11 after the first quarter, but the Knicks managed to close the gap by halftime. As the game progressed, a situation arose that halted play: comedian Tracy Morgan, seated courtside, became ill and vomited on the court.
After about 10 minutes of delay while staff cleaned up, the game resumed. Morgan, an avid Knicks supporter known for his Bronx roots, was later wheeled away visibly unwell and attended to by medical personnel. A spectator captured the moment, sharing a tweet that included a video of Morgan being lifted from his seat with a nosebleed.

Usually, spills on the court are manageable, but vomit poses a serious health concern for players. Fortunately, the game resumed after the necessary cleanup. Notably, the Knicks went on a strong 24-6 run, securing a 116-95 victory despite missing their star player, Jalen Brunson. The primary concern remains Morgan’s health following this incident, as he is cherished among Knicks fans for his consistent presence.
