Oilers' Top Players McDavid and Draisaitl Likely to Miss Three Games Due to Injuries

Edmonton Oilers will be without their star players Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl for at least the next three matches due to injuries.

The Edmonton Oilers are set to play the next three games without their key players, Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, due to injuries.

According to Jason Gregor from Daily Faceoff, both forwards will continue to be sidelined as they recover.

The Oilers face off against the Dallas Stars on Wednesday, followed by matches with the Seattle Kraken and the Calgary Flames. Draisaitl and McDavid are not expected to return for any of these games and may only return on April 1 against the Vegas Golden Knights.

McDavid sustained a lower-body injury during a recent match against the Winnipeg Jets while Draisaitl’s injury has not been specified, but he missed the last two games.

Despite these setbacks, both players are expected to be available for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
