2025 Fantasy Baseball: Initial Trade Values and Rankings for Head-to-Head and Rotisserie Leagues
This article provides insights on trade values and rankings to optimize your fantasy baseball team for the upcoming season.
The draft was your biggest opportunity to make an impact on your Fantasy Baseball team, but it’s by no means the only chance. There’s also the waiver wire to consider, where you might find valuable trade options. However, immediately after the draft, the market may not have many exciting choices available. Players who could emerge during the season will eventually become accessible, but for now, making a noteworthy trade could prove beneficial.
In making a trade, the trade values chart is designed to assist you. While these values currently represent my draft rankings and Salary Cap values, they will evolve throughout the season based on performance and player roles. Initially, changes may be minimal, with more significant alterations beginning around May.
As you navigate trades, keep in mind that values might not always align with your trade plans. The primary focus should be ensuring the values are generally in the same range. If you are initiating a multi-player exchange, be especially mindful that the team receiving multiple players should gain a value surplus. Remember to consider the players you’re adding or dropping in the trade.
