Brawl at Pistons vs Timberwolves Game Results in Multiple Ejections

A fight during the Pistons-Timberwolves game prompted the ejection of five players and two coaches.

A fight broke out during the Detroit Pistons versus Minnesota Timberwolves game on Sunday, resulting in seven ejections. The incident escalated following a foul committed by Pistons forward Ron Holland II on Timberwolves player Naz Reid, which sparked tensions on the court.

Timberwolves guard Donte DiVincenzo intervened, leading to a chaotic scuffle that involved players and coaches from both teams. Eventually, head coaches J.B. Bickerstaff (Pistons) and Pablo Prigioni (Timberwolves) were seen arguing heatedly before they were separated by staff.

The melee resulted in the ejection of Reid, Holland, DiVincenzo, Pistons center Isaiah Stewart, and guard Marcus Sasser, alongside both coaches.

The fight occurred near new Timberwolves owner Alex Rodriguez, who was witnessed assisting an injured fan caught up in the chaos. At that moment, the Pistons were leading with a score of 39-29, but losing key players affected their performance, ultimately leading to a 123-104 loss against the Timberwolves.

In terms of player performance, Malik Beasley led the Pistons with 27 points, while Anthony Edwards scored 25 for the Timberwolves.
