Shedeur Sanders proclaims himself the top quarterback in the draft; teams would be 'fools' to overlook him

Shedeur Sanders asserts his position as the premier quarterback ahead of the upcoming NFL draft, declaring that teams would be making a mistake by not picking him.

Shedeur Sanders proclaims himself as the best quarterback in the draft, stating that NFL teams would be ‘fools’ to overlook him. In a recent interview with ESPN, Sanders expressed his confidence despite the Tennessee Titans canceling a private workout with him preceding the NFL Draft.

“All I need is an opportunity. Simple. Whatever franchise wants to change their franchise, then there’s no doubt who to go with. I’ve done it over and over and over. So you would be a fool not to pick me… What’s the most important trait about a quarterback? Consistency? Look at the last four years. That’s how I know I’m the best quarterback in the draft. … What checks all boxes? It leads to one guy.”

It remains uncertain which teams will pursue Sanders in the draft. If the Titans pass on him, the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants are potential candidates to select him.
