Everton Supporter's Lifetime Exclusion After Food Theft Incident

A 62-year-old Everton fan has been banned for life from the club after recording himself stealing food during a trial event.

A soccer fan recorded himself stealing food at Everton Stadium during a test event, leading to a lifetime ban from the Premier League club. In the footage, the man was seen ordering food at Bramley-Moore Dock in Liverpool but took off with it while jokingly saying, “adios amigo.” The fan noted he was the first to steal at this new venue.

He was told to donate the price of the stolen food to Everton in the Community charity. The incident transpired during Everton’s first trial event on February 17, when 10,000 spectators attended a friendly match between Everton’s under-18 team and Wigan. Everton stated that the man’s club membership was terminated following the occurrence.

Merseyside Police are aware of the situation but emphasized that the club is addressing it.
