The New York Giants are revamping their quarterback lineup by adding Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. However, they may not be finished.
Holding the No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Giants have recently shown interest in Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders. Additionally, according to SNY’s Connor Hughes, they are keen on Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart as a potential trade-up option.
Daboll reportedly appreciates Dart’s tenacity, suggesting the Giants might use their No. 3 pick for a different key player, possibly pass rusher Abdul Carter, while planning to reacquire a quarterback later in the draft. Dart has established himself as CBS Sports’ No. 50 overall prospect due to his impressive last season statistics, where he led the SEC with 4,279 passing yards and a record for his school. He also demonstrated dual-threat capabilities with 495 rushing yards.
While Dart’s accuracy has been questioned, he remains a notable prospect in this class.
