🇮🇹 Serie A title race takes another twist
Inter relinquished their tight hold on first place in Serie A over the weekend, as their loss combined with Napoli’s win means both teams are now tied on points with five matches remaining this season.
The pressure was on Inter heading into the weekend’s fixtures considering the caliber of teams they and Napoli were up against. While Napoli faced last place Monza and won 1-0, Inter struggled against Bologna, being outshot and ultimately losing 94th-minute courtesy of Riccardo Orsolini.
Inter’s defeat comes at a crucial juncture in their schedule with UEFA Champions League and Coppa Italia matches looming ahead. A tight title race is sure to unfold between them and Napoli, which may very well determine the championship winner this season.

🇪🇸 Barcelona, Real Madrid’s trophy-themed week
Last weekend confirmed that the title race in La Liga isn’t over yet. Barcelona fought hard to defeat Celta Vigo 4-3 in a thrilling comeback, keeping their lead over Real Madrid, who maintained their pursuit with a 1-0 win over Athletic Club.
With just four points separating Barcelona and Real Madrid, the upcoming week brings significant fixtures, including both teams’ Copa del Rey final clash.
