Jimmy Butler Voices Discontent: 'I Don't Like Dillon Brooks'

In a heated NBA playoff series, Jimmy Butler made it clear that he does not have a favorable opinion of Dillon Brooks, resulting in tension on the court.

The Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets are engaged in a fiercely competitive first-round NBA playoff series, where emotions are clearly on display.

Jimmy Butler openly expressed his hostility towards Dillon Brooks, stating, “No, we’re not having fun. I don’t like Dillon Brooks.” This was revealed after the Warriors’ Game 4 victory, highlighting the intense rivalry between the two teams.

Not one to shy away from confrontation, Butler indicated that there’s nothing enjoyable about the ongoing skirmishes, declaring himself a ‘fierce competitor’ like Brooks. Butler’s disdain culminated in a heated moment where he labeled Brooks a ‘bum’ and used another unsavory term during their on-court exchanges.

Additionally, Brooks has a history of confrontations with Warriors forward Draymond Green, escalating the tension in the series. In Game 4, Butler showcased his skills, scoring 27 points and leading the way even after missing the previous game due to injury.

Having joined the Warriors from the Miami Heat, Butler was rewarded with a substantial extension, marking a significant investment by the franchise.
