Timberwolves Level the Series Against Warriors in 2025 NBA Playoffs
The second round of the NBA playoffs is heating up with the Timberwolves tying their series against the Warriors.
2025 NBA Playoff Round Update
The second round has officially kicked off in the 2025 NBA playoffs, with the Minnesota Timberwolves tying their series against the Golden State Warriors at 1-1, thanks to a victory on Thursday night. The Warriors played without their star player Stephen Curry due to a hamstring injury, which left them vulnerable.
The action didn’t stop there. On Wednesday, the New York Knicks pulled off an impressive comeback victory against the Boston Celtics, overcoming a 20-point deficit—a feat they achieved for the second consecutive game. After this shocking start, the Knicks now hold a 2-0 lead against the defending champions.
In another exciting match, the Oklahoma City Thunder dominated the Denver Nuggets after posting a record-tying 87 points in the first half, leveling that series to 1-1 as well. On the contrary, the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are seeded first in the East, find themselves in a precarious position, having lost the first two games of their series against the Indiana Pacers, with Game 3 looming on Friday.
