The Philadelphia Eagles continue to assert their dominance over NFL schedule announcements, with the latest being their matchup against the Chicago Bears on Amazon’s annual ‘Black Friday’ game, scheduled for November 28 at 3 p.m. ET.
This game will stream on Amazon Prime Video, a venture aimed to align with the significant shopping day. This is the third year for the Black Friday game, marking the first time two NFC teams will compete on this occasion.
Additionally, Amazon Prime will also stream one of three Christmas games this season, where the Kansas City Chiefs host the Denver Broncos during a Christmas tripleheader, especially notable since Christmas falls on a Thursday this year, synchronizing with the Thursday Night Football package.
The NFL’s decision to honor a request from the Chiefs to play on Christmas has resulted in this matchup, as the team aspires to become a traditional fixture on the holiday similar to how the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions play on Thanksgiving.
With this announcement, the Eagles have confirmed three of their games prior to the full schedule release, including their season opener against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 and a game against the Washington Commanders in Week 16.
