Thunder Triumph Over Nuggets, Securing Spot in 2025 NBA Playoffs’ Final Four

The final four is set in the 2025 NBA playoff bracket. The Oklahoma City Thunder emerged victorious over the Denver Nuggets in a thrilling Game 7 to advance to the Western Conference Finals. The Thunder will compete against the Minnesota Timberwolves, while the New York Knicks are set to face the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.

This marks the Thunder’s first conference finals since 2016 when they were defeated by the Golden State Warriors, despite being led by stars like Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Currently, the Thunder, under the leadership of MVP frontrunner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, were the top team throughout the season and are viewed as the favorites for the championship.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have reached the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000 after eliminating the reigning champion Boston Celtics. The Pacers and Timberwolves are making a return to the conference finals following last year’s disappointments.

The Celtics’ elimination continues a pattern where no defending champion has reached the second round for the last six seasons.
