Teams Secured Their Spots for the 2025-26 UEFA Champions League

Discover which teams have successfully qualified for next season's UEFA Champions League amidst ongoing league competitions.

As the European soccer season approaches its conclusion, the line-up for next season’s UEFA Champions League is becoming clearer. The finalist of this year’s competition, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter will compete for the title on Saturday, with the event being broadcast on Paramount+.

Currently, 27 of the 36 available slots for the upcoming league phase have been filled, while other countries complete their leagues before entering the playoff phase that determines the rest. Each league will contribute 25 teams qualifying automatically, paired with two additional slots based on previous performance awarded to England and Spain. The remaining seven will be determined via qualifying processes.

Teams Already Qualified:

England
With five slots due to the European coefficient, England sends six clubs following Tottenham’s success in the Europa League. Qualified Teams: Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Chelsea, Tottenham

Italy:
Juventus secured their Champions League spot on the last matchday of their Serie A campaign.
Qualified Teams: Napoli, Inter, Atalanta, Juventus

Spain:
Spain, enjoying five qualifying slots thanks to past performances, has confirmed all its teams.
Qualified Teams: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Athletic Club, Villarreal

Germany:
The Bundesliga will be represented by four teams next season.
Qualified Teams: Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Dortmund

France:
Ligue 1 has three participants for the upcoming season.
Qualified Teams: Paris Saint-Germain, Marseille, Monaco

Netherlands:
PSV and Ajax qualify, the latter returning after a year’s absence.
