Four-time defending champion Oklahoma made a spectacular start at the Women’s College World Series by defeating Tennessee 4-3 with a thrilling three-run walk-off homer. The tournament commenced at Devon Park with four initial matchups.
Oklahoma is looking to secure its ninth title under coach Patty Gasso. Alongside Oklahoma, Texas, Texas Tech, and UCLA have advanced to the winners’ bracket.
