Overview of Joint Practices

Joint practices represent a significant aspect of NFL preseason strategies, allowing teams to engage directly with their upcoming competitors. On Wednesday, the NFL announced the complete schedule for joint practices for 2025, with 29 teams set to participate. Each team has the option to hold up to four joint sessions during the preseason, but these sessions cannot occur the day before a game.
