2025 New York Sail Grand Prix Overview: Viewing Options and Highlights

Spain takes victory in the 2025 New York Sail Grand Prix, dominating New Zealand and France in an intense final race.

Sail GP hosted an exciting event this month in New York, showcasing the iconic skyline during the races on June 7 and 8. Spain’s Diego Botin led his team to victory, triumphing over New Zealand and France in a thrilling shootout.

This victory marks Spain’s consecutive win, previously claimed in San Francisco, placing them at the forefront of the 2025 season standings. Meanwhile, BONDS Flying Roos are currently positioned second, with New Zealand in third.

Unfortunately, the Red Bull Italy and United States teams struggled, finishing in the last two spots.

For those who missed the action, CBS will air a recap of the race on Saturday at 1 PM ET. As the series continues, the next stop will be in Portsmouth, England, for the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix on July 19 and 20.
