AC Milan’s sporting director Igli Tare has been tasked with rebuilding the club following a disappointing season that saw them fail to qualify for European competitions. Tare acknowledged that the club has been in discussions regarding Yunus Musah’s future, stating:
“I consider Musah an excellent player, but we are looking for profiles with characteristics that fit the project we have with coach Allegri.”
This reflects a shift in the club’s focus under new manager Massimiliano Allegri, as they seek to strengthen the squad with players that better match their tactical needs. In contrast, Tare emphasized the importance of Christian Pulisic, describing him as a central figure for next season.
Musah has been versatile in his gameplay but has not secured a consistent spot on the squad. Meanwhile, Pulisic’s significant contributions last season mark him as a key player moving forward as Milan prepares for the challenges ahead.
