Bronny was asked about the rumors that intensified following his father’s social media activity, specifically a photo he posted wearing a “Welcome Home” hat, which many interpreted as a hint towards a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“One of my friends called me, talking about what I was gonna do, because they seen my dad, whatever… I didn’t see it. He called me, I said ‘I have no idea what you’re talking about,‘” Bronny said. “I don’t really pay attention to that stuff. Yeah, there’s a lot of stuff going around that I don’t pay attention to.”

Bronny emphasized that his father has always advised him to ignore external speculation and focus on his game. “We don’t really talk about much. When stuff like that does come up, he tells me not to pay attention to it, not to worry about it,” he mentioned.
