Tyson Fury to Face Oleksandr Usyk in Trilogy Fight; David Benavidez Set to Battle Anthony Yarde

Tyson Fury announces a highly anticipated trilogy match against Oleksandr Usyk scheduled for April 18 at Wembley Stadium, following a brief retirement. Additionally, David Benavidez plans to defend his WBC title against Anthony Yarde.

Tyson Fury’s wishes have come to fruition as he revealed plans for a trilogy fight against Oleksandr Usyk, scheduled for April 18 at Wembley Stadium in England. This announcement followed a report by Turki Alalshikh, who stated that Fury would conclude his brief retirement. Alalshikh mentioned, “The ‘Gypsy King’ will be back!”

Fury’s latest retirement was short-lived. He previously declared in May that he would remain retired, but he indicated that Usyk’s potential challenge could lure him back to the ring. “I want a fair fight and a fair result, which I know I didn’t get,” Fury asserted, referencing their past encounters where he felt he was unfairly judged. They have fought twice, with Usyk winning both matches.

In similar news, David Benavidez, who recently transitioned to a new boxing venture with Alalshikh, is also preparing for a matchup against Anthony Yarde for the WBC light heavyweight title, set to take place in November.
