Major League Baseball revealed the complete rosters for the 2025 All-Star Game on Sunday. This year’s event is set for Tuesday, July 15 at Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. As part of the festivities, the All-Star Game tradition will include a Futures Game, amateur draft, and Home Run Derby, starting on July 13 and culminating with the Derby on July 14.
Starters for the All-Star Game were selected based on fan votes. Receiving the highest votes were Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge and Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani, who both bypassed the second phase of voting. The remaining roster selections were made by players and coaches.
A total of 19 players are making their All-Star debut this season—nine in the National League and ten in the American League. The youngest All-Star is James Wood, a 22-year-old slugger for the Nationals. In contrast, Clayton Kershaw will participate for his 11th time at the Midsummer Classic and is recognized as the oldest All-Star at age 37. This year’s All-Star rosters hold excellent representation from all 30 MLB teams, with the reigning champion Dodgers contributing five players and the Tigers leading the American League with four selections.
