Ratings of College Football Coaches in 'EA Sports College Football 26'
The second installment of the 'EA Sports College Football' series introduces real coaches, showcasing how they rank in the new game.
This week marks the launch of the latest version of EA Sports’ College Football video game series, which features real-life coaches for the first time. The previous edition included actual players but did not feature any licensed coaches. In this year’s release, over 300 coaches and coordinators are highlighted.
Notably, several prominent personalities like Bill Belichick, Deion Sanders, Kirk Ferentz, and Mario Cristobal chose not to be involved, while Steve Belichick appears as UNC’s defensive coordinator. The inclusion of coaches necessitated the assignment of ratings and roles, triggering discussions about the fairness and accuracy of these evaluations.
Among the coaches, Kirby Smart, Dabo Swinney, and Ryan Day achieved the peak CEO archetype and received top rankings in coach prestige. Each has an A+ rating, with Smart and Swinney leading the rankings with scores of 80, while Day follows with a score of 72.
