
Dodgers to Honor Kobe Bryant with Special Bobblehead Giveaway
The Los Angeles Dodgers are honoring Kobe Bryant by giving away special bobbleheads on August 8, made in collaboration with the Lakers.
In a tribute to one of the greatest sports icons of Los Angeles, the Dodgers are set to host a special bobblehead giveaway in honor of the late Kobe Bryant on Friday, August 8 when they face the Toronto Blue Jays.

The first 40,000 fans will receive this special bobblehead. This unique collectible depicts Bryant in his Lakers uniform, poised in the batter’s box at Dodger Stadium, uniting the colors of both the Lakers and Dodgers.
Kobe Bryant played his entire 20-year NBA career (1996-2016) with the Los Angeles Lakers, leading the team to five championships and earning multiple accolades along the way including the NBA MVP award for the 2007-08 season and being named a 12-time All-Defensive honoree.
In Lakers history, Bryant ranks first with 33,643 points, which positions him fourth in NBA history overall, along with numerous other records in assists, steals, and games played.
Currently, the Dodgers are leading the National League this season with a record of 56-38, while the Lakers recently exited the playoffs in the first round against Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
