2025 MLB All-Star Game Rosters Announced: Key Players Join Teams

The rosters for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game have been finalized, featuring exciting young talent and established stars.

The final rosters for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game have been revealed, featuring an exciting mix of youth and experience. This year’s Midsummer Classic is set to take place on July 15 at Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves.

As tradition dictates, this event wraps up a series of festivities that includes the Futures Game, the MLB Draft the day before, and the Home Run Derby the night prior to the All-Star Game.

Starters were selected through fan voting, with Aaron Judge of the Yankees and Shohei Ohtani from the Dodgers leading in their leagues, thus bypassing the second stage of voting. The rest of the lineup was decided by contributions from fellow players and coaches.

The rosters comprise over 20 players aged 26 or younger, including 22-year-old James Wood of the Nationals, marking his debut in the All-Star event. On the other hand, revered player Clayton Kershaw will make his 11th All-Star appearance, recognized as a Legendary Pick by Commissioner Rob Manfred. At 37, he stands out as the oldest All-Star this year.

Celebrated team Los Angeles Dodgers leads with five All-Star selections, whereas the Detroit Tigers top the American League with four. True to form, every one of MLB’s 30 teams boasts at least one All-Star representative.
