2028 Los Angeles Olympics Schedule Unveiled: Key Dates and Locations for Every Event Ahead of the Opening Ceremony

With only three years to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, the full competition schedule has been published, outlining dates and locations for all events, including the notable Opening Ceremony.

The schedule for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics has been announced, marking three years until the competition begins. The Opening Ceremony is set for July 14, 2028, at the LA Memorial Coliseum and the 2028 Stadium in Inglewood.

Preliminary events will kick off on July 12, featuring basketball, soccer, cricket, field hockey, handball, rugby sevens, and water polo. This will be the most events scheduled before the Opening Ceremony since 1920.

Super Saturday, July 29, will showcase 16 gold and bronze medal matches in team sports and 19 finals in individual sports. The medal events for basketball are slated for July 29 and 30, while flag football will be contested on July 21 and 22, with swimming events from July 22 to the closing day on July 30.
