Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback, former Michigan football standout, Jourdan Lewis, shared an insider’s perspective on Jim Harbaugh’s intense training regime. Recently, he revealed the rigorous fall camp schedule that players adhered to during his time at Michigan, emphasizing the heavy demands placed on them.

The Wolverines achieved an impressive 86-25 record during Harbaugh’s tenure, culminating in a series of top-five rankings before he returned to the NFL. Lewis commented, “We did this every day, 6 days a week, for a month, adding a light-hearted remark about the experience on social media.

The demanding schedule, which left little room for academic endeavors, included extensive training and practice sessions from sunrise to sunset.
