Saquon Barkley, the dynamic running back for the Philadelphia Eagles, has had an unforgettable season, contributing to one of the most successful campaigns in NFL history. With standout performances, including several games over 100 rushing yards, Barkley was recently asked which play he considered the highlight of his season. Reflecting on his performance, he pointed out a touchdown during a snowy game against the Rams but also remembered an impressive backwards hurdle move from his past.
“I want to say the snow touchdown against the Rams,” Barkley said. “But then I forget I jumped over someone backwards.”
This backwards hurdle brings back memories of a similar move he performed in college against Iowa, showcasing his exceptional talent.
Despite this initial forgetfulness, Barkley stressed the importance of winning the Super Bowl to crown such an impressive season. He stated, “That’s the most important part, right? The fact I’m so close to breaking all these records, but none of this matters now unless we win the Super Bowl.”
