Louis Moore Secures Eligibility to Play the Remainder of the 2025 Season Against NCAA

Indiana's star safety, Louis Moore, has won an injunction allowing him to participate for the rest of the 2025 season as the team aims for a return to the College Football Playoff.

Indiana’s safety Louis Moore, who leads the team in tackles, successfully challenged NCAA’s five-year eligibility limit through a recent legal victory. The decision means Moore can compete for the remainder of the 2025 College Football Season, enhancing the Hoosiers’ chances as they aspire to return to the College Football Playoff. Moore’s situation has been likened to that of former junior college quarterback Diego Pavia, whose recent court ruling set a critical precedent.

During the first four games, Moore has amassed 23 tackles and two interceptions, showcasing his key role in the team’s performance this season. The Hoosiers are currently preparing to face off against Iowa this weekend, followed by a significant matchup against Oregon on October 11.
