The 2026 NFL Draft might not showcase the quintessential No. 1 quarterback prospects like the 2024 class, but teams are still vying for the top quarterbacks available.
With the Giants and Titans likely passing on a quarterback, holding two of the top three picks, both might auction off these selections to the highest bidders. In this mock draft, the Jets trade up to secure the No. 1 spot from the Giants, compensating them with their first-round picks this year (Nos. 5 and 18) and their least favorable first-round pick in 2027.
Outside of quarterbacks, it’s expected that the top 10 will be populated by edge rushers and wide receivers, with notable players at both positions likely to go early.
