
In celebration of the U.S. men’s national soccer team’s memorable appearance at the 1994 World Cup, Adidas has launched the ‘U.S. Demin Jersey’. This unique design resonates with the unforgettable denim-inspired uniforms from that tournament.

Alongside the unforgettable hairstyles, the kits served as a highlight, specifically the denim-themed jerseys which left a lasting impact on soccer history in the United States.

To honor this legacy, Adidas introduced a cutting-edge ‘U.S. Demin Jersey’ that combines a nostalgic 90s aesthetic with modern elements. This jersey boasts a washed-denim effect adorned with scattered white stars and striking red details that bring back retro vibes paired with contemporary streetwear influences.

The launch has even featured Lalas and 1994 teammate Cobi Jones as models for some of the new apparel line.

“With the U.S. Denim jersey, we set out to capture the side of American soccer that has always been distinctive and original,” said Inigo Turner, Design Director at Adidas Football.
Upcoming Challenges
As excitement builds towards the 2026 FIFA World Cup, scheduled from June 11–July 19, which will take place across three countries, fans can look forward to watching 104 live matches, available on FOX and FS1. An unprecedented 40 matches will be broadcast during prime time.
